Returns & Refund Policy

We have a friendly returns and exchange policy at Soxco.com. We accept free returns and refund complete amount in cases if you are not completely satisfied with the product. Each pair of socks comes in sealed plastic bags and are unusable once opened. We, therefore, request for the product to be returned in exact same condition as received to successfully process the refund.
Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances -
1. If you are not satisfied with the received product
2. If Soxco does not deliver you the exact item (Color and Design) you ordered.
3. If package is not delivered by the courier or logistics partners (eg: BlueDart, FedEx etc.) in the same manner in which it was handed over.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product we will refund you the paid amount upon receiving the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs for return shipping have to be paid by you (the customer) for returning your item.
Soxco does not arrange pickups for return shipping of items.
